Coriander Seeds, Cinamon, Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Asafoetida, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Mace, Nutmeg, Star Anise.
Prepare the Dal or Vegetables of your choice with usual spices or oil/ghee as you normally do.Add 1or1/2 Tsp of Feonnaa Garam Masala, to 500gm. vegetables or 1 lit. ready dal, or adjust according to quantity and stir on low flame for 2 to 4 min. Keep cover for at least 5 mints.
