Garam Masala

Feonnaa Garama Masala mix is made of high quality whole spices, collected from the best of origin. These spiced are scientifically stored, processed & packed with proper care to help retain it’s goodness. No essential spice oil has been extracted from the ingredients.

Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds, Cinamon, Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Asafoetida, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Mace, Nutmeg, Star Anise.

Uses:
Prepare the Dal or Vegetables of your choice with usual spices or oil/ghee as you normally do.Add 1or1/2 Tsp of Feonnaa Garam Masala, to 500gm. vegetables or 1 lit. ready dal, or adjust according to quantity and stir on low flame for 2 to 4 min. Keep cover for at least 5 mints.
